By accessing or using driftlesstradingco.com (the "Site"), operated by Driftless E-Com, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Driftless," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

2. About Our Business Model

Driftless operates as a drop-shipping retailer. We do not maintain physical inventory of the products sold on this Site. When you place an order, it is transmitted directly to our network of licensed, established wholesale suppliers, who fulfill and ship the order directly to you. As a result:

• Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, from separate suppliers, at separate times.
• Estimated delivery times may vary by product and supplier.
• Product availability is subject to real-time supplier stock and may change without notice.

3. Products and Regulated Categories

We sell a range of outdoor, hunting, fishing, and camping products. Certain product categories are regulated under federal and state law and are subject to additional terms:

• Ammunition and Muzzleloaders: All ammunition and muzzleloader sales require the purchaser to be of legal age under applicable federal, state, and local law, and to comply with all shipping restrictions applicable to their delivery location. It is the customer's sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may violate applicable law.
• Custom Printed Apparel: Sweatshirts, t-shirts, and other print-on-demand items are produced specifically for each order after purchase. As made-to-order goods, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a genuine production defect. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Age Restrictions: By placing an order for any age-restricted product, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable legal age requirements.

4. Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory concerns. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.

Certain regulated product categories (ammunition and muzzleloaders) are processed through a separate payment gateway from standard merchandise, consistent with payment network requirements for these product categories.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monroe County, Wisconsin.
