Shipping Policy

1. Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the product and destination.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping time is typically 4-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping method, and destination.

5. Regulated Products — Shipping Restrictions

• Ammunition and Muzzleloaders: These products can only be shipped to addresses in states and localities where such shipment is legal. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their delivery location. Orders that cannot legally ship to the requested destination will be cancelled and refunded.
• Age Verification: An adult signature and/or age verification may be required at delivery for certain regulated products.
• P.O. Boxes: Certain regulated products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and require a physical street address.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.

7. Shipping Errors and Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you believe there is an error with your shipment, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, for lost packages) so we can resolve the issue.
